1. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
We ship within 24 hours of final template approval.
 
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive if Special Event Ticketing does the addressing and shipping for me?
Your order will go out to your guests in 7-10 days.
 
3. How much do the tickets cost?
The cost is $1.29 each. Bulk rates are available.
 
4. Are envelopes included with my order?
Yes envelopes are included with your order at no additional charge.
 
5. What are the size of the envelopes?
The envelopes are 4 3/8" X 5 3/4".
 
6. What methods of payment does Special Event Ticketing accept?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We will also accept a personal check or money order however your order will not be shipped until the personal check clears.
 
7. Can I change the wording on the ticket from what is shown?
Yes, Special Event Ticketing will word your ticket however you like at no additional charge. There are character limitations to follow on the order form.
 
8. Will Special Event Ticketing create the wording for my ticket for me?
Yes, if you provide Special Event Ticketing with information about your event (on the order form) we will create a ticket for you. We then e mail you a photo for your approval. Changes can be made at that point. When you are satisfied with the ticket we complete your order and ship it.
 
9. Can I change the font on the ticket?
No- the font cannot be changed.
 
10. Can I have the tickets printed in a different language?
No- the tickets are only printed in English.
 
11. Does Special Event Ticketing have a catalog?
Not at this time.
 
12. Is the contact information that I provide Special Event Ticketing confidential?
Yes, Special Event Ticketing will not share any information with anyone.
 
13. How long has Special Event Ticketing been in business?
Special Event Ticketing began in 1997 but went online in 2004.
 
14. What is Special Event Ticketing's return policy?
Special Event Ticketing guarantee's customer satisfaction or your money back. If you are not completely satisfied with yor order you may return it for a full refund- NO QUESTIONS ASKED.
 
15. What if I receive my tickets and there is a mistake in printing?
Contact Special Event Ticketing and we will correct the mistake and ship out the replacement.
 
16. What size are the tickets?
The ticket dimensions are 5 1/2" in width and 2" in height.
 
17. What colors are the tickets available in?
The ticket colors available are red, blue, green, yellow, purple, orange and pink.
 
18. How much does it cost to ship my order?
For continental USA orders, we offer UPS Ground shipping for $8.50. We also offer UPS 3 Day Select for $13.50 and UPS Next Day Air Saver for $25.50.

21. Will Special Event Ticketing address and ship my tickets for me?
Yes, for a fee of $1.00 per ticket including the cost of postage to ship your order Special Event Ticketing will address and ship your tickets to your guests.
 
22. Does Special Event Ticketing ship orders outside the USA?
Yes, we ship outside the USA by utilizing the most appropriate method of UPS shipment and is calculated at the time of purchase.

Will Special Event Ticketing print tickets for actual paid events such as concerts and professional sports events.
These events are usually produced by large production agencies that have already contracted their ticket printing services. Therefore this would be illegal and tickets would not be printed.
 
Will Special Event Ticketing print tickets for entertainment production companies?
Yes we will, but the production company must contact us directly via e-mail at orders@specialeventticketing.sc.twcbc.com or by phone at 314-787-8107.
